Exchange

* Damaged during delivery

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging unless the issue itself prevents this.

Exchange requests should be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Change of mind returns or exchanges are subject to our assessment and may not be accepted for certain products.

 

Refunds

Do not return any product before receiving return instructions from our team.
